I made this smoothie today as a post workout snack and it was delicious. If you like Pumpkin Pie then you will love this! I typically crave smoothies when it is hot outside but after a run on the treadmill this morning it was exactly what I wanted.
Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of pumpkin (I used Libby's from the can)
- 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamom
- 1 Cup Almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender
